Capture time logs for anonymous (unassigned ) time entries (Time Spent in JIRA > Tempo Time)

Add up/down arrows for 15-minute increments to duration input field

Add up/down arrows beside the duration input box to increment/decrement by 15 minutes or some other administrator-defined value. This would make it easier to update the duration field while limiting potential mistakes
