Differentiate between Tempo members within Teams

We are looking into an option to differentiate between member of a team within Tempo. Example, we would like to differentiate between permanent staff and contractors. Is this a feasible option?

Being able to set a workload per 2 weeks

We have employees which have one day off once per 2 weeks. But with the current workload settings, you can only set a worload for 1 week. We want to have this for 2 weeks, so we can properly schedule the one days off per 2 weeks.
