Plan and Actual Exchange Rate tables

Allow for the maintenance of two exchange rates - one for Planned costs and another for Actual costs. Currently the exchange rate applies to both planned and actual costs.

Add required times line at the bottom of the grid view

May I suggest to (see attachment) : add a required times line at the bottom of the grid ? highlight totals which do not meet the required workload ? (lower and higher times) ... in order to facilitate self control by the users, or control by managers

On the SCOPE screen, show each GROUP as a separate colour

The chart shows total costs only, even though the bottom table shows costs broken down by Group. Since the chart on the SCOPE screen looks so much like the one on the Overview screen, why not allow the SCOPE screen to be a STACKED AREA style chart.
