Configure a Standard work day (e.g 9-5) and set the start time to the start of work day by default in Planner

Add up/down arrows for 15-minute increments to duration input field

Add up/down arrows beside the duration input box to increment/decrement by 15 minutes or some other administrator-defined value. This would make it easier to update the duration field while limiting potential mistakes
