I would like to be able to give a rating (f.e. 1-5 stars) how good a skill is. Right now it is only "You have it or not" but not how good you are at it.

To use original estimate field and start and end date of tasks to create plans to resources in tempo planner

If there is a task with time estimated in original estimate field, with a date to start and date to end, use that information to create plans for the resource assignee to the task.

Adding ability to filter by work attributes

It would be great to be able to filter worklogs by values of work attributes fields in Tempo without exporting the report. It would be much easier and faster to get only "overtime", "sicks" and etc. worklogs, filtered by working processes field value

Hide the report button

Display a option or a workaround to hide/block the report button. It is necessary because we can't limit the data range on tempo reports, when users set a big range the Jira be instable or stop.

To be able to set global permissions for a user to see all plans and timesheets of all users

We would like to be able to set a global permission for a user to be able to view timesheets and plans for all users.

Make "Account Categories" available as "Group by" in the Reports

"Account Categories" used / set in the Tempo settings can be used to filter by, but can't be used to "Group by". This low hanging fruit would be very helpful, according to our setup.
