I think that where the vacation planning happens, it should at least be visible how many days of vacation an employee has and how many of these he has used up. Maybe an intelligent report would do it. But certainly not exporting into a HR tool as we want the employee empowered to plan and manage his vacation as much as possible. (btw: HR personel should do other things, more beneficial to the employee, than that).
Well time tracking is close to HR... so I guess this would be an additional product and should then cover everything related to days off like vacation / holiday, illness, ... which would be a great benefit to integrate with Tempo. Out there are other stand-alone plugins for Jira, but an integration would definitely be useful, if it's not too expensive in comparison.

Nothing else does this in Jira Cloud as far as I can tell, this feature would be a competitive edge.
