Configure /Limit Issue Picker

We would like to be able to limit what issues appear in the issue picker. Currently when searching by a key, it pulls information from all of Jira.

 

You can do this from a saved JQL search of certain issues, or entering which projects to pull issues from. Limit the search to a certain issue status

    1. Would be great to know the version if an idea gets implemented.

    2. Would be great to have a link to the documentation, if an idea gets implemented.

    3. Do I get this right: If I use a filter in the Log work dialog and type in something on the Search Issues field, then that gets combined or not? Seems that not ... Agree?
