Show approval of each entry in time and expense report

Add to the time and expense report the approval status of each time or expense entry.

    We use PDF export and printout in a mandatory workflow outside of Tempo. Without approval status visible any more, as was in previous Tempo, this has become problematic.

    The Approval status should be visible on the export as well.
