When a user changes his username, the new username is displayed in all JIRA views.
Tempo displays the user key in several views ( f.x. Tempo reports).
This key is used for reference between database tables and is not changed on username changes. It should not be displayed in the UI.
We have a request from a customer who has a user who underwent a gender change. His user key indicates his "old" gender which no longer applies.
