Display Folio Information on browser tab

When opening a folio on Tempo Budgets, it would be great to have at least the Folio ID in the browser tab name, instead of the generic "Tempo Budget" information.

Our users are working with several folios opened at the same time, and they have to open each "Tempo Budgets" tabs to find the right one.
