Ability to show the subbmiting user on the reports generated by tempo, not just the assigned user.

It would be great to show on the reports generated by tempo both users - the one that has submitted the ticket, and the other one that's been assigned to it.

We are submitting our timesheets to our customers, and they would like to know the person that submitted that particular ticket.
