Allow any value for "Users can log time up to this number of days into the future" or make it optional

Actually the global configuration "Users can log time up to this number of days into the future" only offers values from 0 to 360 days. Our company don't want this restriction at all, so can you please allow any value for this configuration (editable field) or make it optional? An aditional value of 720 would also solve our problem.
