Our timesheet periods are from the 1st to the 15th and 16th to the end of the month. We cannot use the approvals workflow because of this as sometimes timsheets must be submitted in the middle of a week.
It would be very useful if we could configure it to use our periods.

is there any other way around to do it? Approving 1 week first, and then again 2nd week?
this is vey much required as most of the jira projects use sprints that are mostly scheduled for couple of weeks at a time..
This is a truly critical feature for our organization. In the state of Georgia, we are required by law to pay employees at least semi-monthly. Running weekly approvals and payroll is a lot of work for our small business, so we are set on paying on a semi-monthly basis. Without this capability in Tempo Timesheets, we will have to move to an alternative solution.
I'm surprised there is no semi-monthly timesheet submission/approval in place already, as I've seen across other platforms do for companies who process payroll semi-monthly. Definitely would like this available as the current set up is not ideal for proper cut-off purposes
Agree that this feature is much needed!
Our pay cycle is bi-montly on the 15th + last day of each month. I would like to set-up timesheets approval on the same cycle, which is currently not possible (either monthly or weekly). I guess that many company have bi-monthly payroll and would be interested in this improvement
