It would be good to see robust date setting/handling in the Holiday settings.
Allow me to enter, for example,
Fourth Thursday of November.
First Monday in February
The Friday before the last Sunday in May
July 4th, (if Saturday or Sunday then the Friday before).
Jan1st (If weekend, the first Monday after)
As it is, we have to calculate all this ahead of time and manually enter dates every year.

This would be helpful. Right now we are averse to using Fixed holidays since they have to change on years when they fall on a weekend. I would suggest the following enhancement to this idea:
Allow admins to set rules (e.g. if Saturday, then mark prior Friday as holiday; if Sunday, then mark next Monday as holiday) on a calendar by calendar basis as different countries may have different policies.
Optionally, leverage the 'first day of week setting' to determine whether the weekend holiday should be marked on the prior Friday or following Monday. That is, if a business week starts on Sunday then a Sat Fixed holiday would credit the Friday before, a Sunday Fixed holiday would credit the following Monday; alternatively, if the business week starts on a Monday, any weekend holiday would credit to the prior Friday since they share the same business week.
