Percentage on grid view

In reports, it would be great, if we can see the percentage on the daily/weekly/monthly basis, not just in the summary. (as like the R%)


It would be great, if we could see, how big part of their work took the specific issue, without any downloading and other calculation in another app,

    Would also like this for cloud. Our Executive team prefers to under % of resource capacity instead of hours.

    Also, in addition to seeing % on the reports, It would be nice to be able to plan resources based on percentages, and not just by hours. Many times our stakeholders request for that type of an ability.
