Absolutely necessairy for billing purpose in service management! This is main reason why we use Tempo. As a workaround we use raw export format and transfer it to grouped by organization on our own. This costs us a lot of time constatnly because raw export format is changing all the time and is actually not a solution. Please consider for changes planned on the road map already for extending grouping options.
Completely agree, since invoicing is especially necessary in service management (IT Providers / professional services). Please add it as soon as possible. Thank you.

This would make invoicing any service ticket hours much easier. Would really like to see this feature in future.
