Email notification about edited and approved plans


A project manager plans time for a team member and selects the team lead as reviewer.

When the Team lead approves the Plan, the Product manager is notified about the approval of his request, but the team member is never notified. He is the one with most need to know about changes on his plan (new planned issues or changes on planning of existing issues).
