Bug - Log Work not appearing on action menu

The Log-work on action menu has disappeared. However in time tracking if i select the provider as Jira then Tempo then "log work" will appear.

In the permission scheme right groups and user are added. This has only dropped off since yesterday. Can you confirm if there is current bug in tempo
