The ability to integrate customer names to another system (Like a CRM)

Most customers are managed outside of Jira and Tempo (in SalesForce, Netsuite etc) the customers list in Tempo is yet another list that has to be created and updated. This causes many organizations to have to maintain multiple lists of data that could be brought in through other systems.
