Current: When you (admin) want to change booked hours in timesheet for a other user the Filter "assigned" refer to you and not to the other user. The list of ticket is wrong.
Idea: Please change filter "assigned" to "assigned to user" --> refer to the user
--> Result: Admin see the assigned tickets of the selected user.
