Thanks Kim, that hadn't worked properly for me. I had set the schedule type to be weekly, to be run on Sunday, I had ticked the box to make schedule close, I had set the close for 2 days after the end date, I had not ticked the box for status reminders for all users, but I had ticked the box for status reminders for late users, with the late user email to be sent 1 day before close.
I have just cheanged this and ticked the box for status reminders for all users to see if that works.
What I actually want is to remind people that have not submitted their timesheet to go and submit their timesheet :-)
