Localized number and time format for European customer

By exports the number format is by default the american format. Numbers are seperated only by . (dot). The european numbers are seperated by , (comma). Same procedure for the time format.


It's not possible for european customers to reuse the exports for other systems, because of the formats of the data.


It would be great if tempo could support localozed formats
