When a user syncs their external calendar with Tempo Planner, their calendar appointments appear as Activities in the overall Planner and their My Work section.
This help determine a user's availability to be planned on project work. However, some users can have up to 5 hours of meetings in their calendar in a day that relates to a specific project.
If I plan this user 8 hours per day on a project, and they have 5 hours of project related meetings:
Reports do not take into account these 'Activities' (calendar meetings) because they are not associated to any project
This user will appear overbooked, as I need to plan 8 hours, but 5 of those are meetings.
It would follow that Tempo needs a feature which allows users to associate a calendar meeting to a specific project or task in a project
