Add "Total Planned Cost" and "Total Actuals" as optional columns in the Manage Portfolio listing of Folios

Would it be possible to add "Total Planned Cost" and "Total Actuals to Date" as (optional) columns in the Folio listing on the Budgets Manage Portfolios screen?
