Display plan cards and activities in parallel

Plan cards are currently overriding activity suggestions in the My Work view. Plan cards and activities should be displayed in paralell as even if you have planned something it is not sure that it will be/is axecuted according to plan because of other activities.

    + 1 to this feature, we would also like to have this impleimplemented soon.

    This is important since otherwise the Google calendar integration seems to be not useful.
