Display all activities when worklogs have no start time defined

If only the list view is used and a start and end time is not specified in worklogs, they will all be added according to the defined start time of the workday in "My Work" with the consequence that suggestions in the start of day are never displayed.

Let's say that the workday start is set to 8 AM and there is a calendar event at 8:15. When a worklog of 1 hour is registered, then the calendar event will no longer be suggested.


If no start and end time are specified on worklogs , then the overlapped suggestions should still be displayed.
