There are cases when a user may want to switch a ticket from inheriting the Team value, to explicitly having that same value.

In order to do this, currently you need to either clear the Team field and then set it, or temporarily change it to another value and then change it to the one that you want.

Example: ABC-123 has a Team value of "Team A" that is inherited from its parent ticket. In order to switch from inheriting the value to an independent value, you have to clear it or switch to another team first.

The system seems to view a direct switch from INHERIT (inheriting value "Team A") -> "Team A" as not being an actual update, since the end result is similar (either way the ticket is associated with "Team A"), so nothing changes and the ticket still inherits the parent value.
