Report Epic time tracking across multiple Jira projects to a single project issue type i.e. "Corporate Initiative"

Jira Software Premium supports Corporate initiatives but tempo time sheets does not calculate time at the corporate initiative level. In other words we have a use case where we would like to attach multiple epics across multiple Jira software projects to a single issue type (corporate initiative) in a single project. This "roll up" would allow time to easily be reported across projects.
