Calculate the real capacity of his team by excluded issues or project in the calculation.

Currently, we manage the plan of our teams' vacation with a special Issue "Vacation". We would like to have the possibility to not take account of this issue in the calculation of our capacity. More globaly, we like to have a possibility to identify issue or project that will be excluded in the calculation of the capacity of our team in the Capacity's report. One way could be to have the possibility to filter on an excluded issues. Thanks to think about it. KR.
