Add to a folio percentages to be applied to materials and/or manpower related to G&A and overhead

It would be very useful to to add to each folio a percentage to material (which represents company General&Administration expenses) and a percentage to manpower (whihc instead represents the overhead), in order to have a better picture of the program financials.
