The current utilization report in the cloud doesn't take into account:
Join/Leave dates of team members
Changes to workload scheme of team members
I have people joining/leaving my team, I have people reducing or increasing their workload scheme in various dates, and the utilization calculation is totally not taking this into account.
This requires me to manually calculate in Excel the % Utilization of each team member and of my team in total.

Please add this feature soon. We will migrate to cloud and this will be the reason we have to switch to a different tracking tool
