Set the Amount of Planned and Actual Expense to 0

the reason for setting the value to 0 is:

For example, $ 1000 moves from the cost for company A to the cost for company B.

I'd like to keep the Expense data for $ 0, because I want to confirm this fact later (end of quarter, etc).
