Visible Tempo Worklog Descriptions when Approving

We are not able to see what the worklog descriptions are unless a report is pulled. This makes approving weekly timesheets a hassle since we have to view the report and Tempo side by side. Can we make that field fully view-able so managers can easily see what they're approving time for?
