We have a large number of contractors that we need to plan and log time for, however these contractors are NOT active Jira users nor do we want them to be.
Our contractors are completely external to our business- we want our Project Managers (who are already active Jira users) to schedule the contractors against our active projects/ tickets. Our contractors do not need to actively do this themselves- we require our project managers to have control over this.
Can we get the ability to add generic users (our contractors) as resources/users in tempo without having to add them as active Jira users?
