Log time - pop up - control visibility of optional Work Attributes

In the new UI the optional Work Attributes are hidden by default, this means an extra click to see them. Either - control the UI centrally to have them always displayed. Or, allow a user to have them pinned open. Or, control by each Work attribute if they should always been visible.

    I don’t know when it was added, but users can already configure the worklog dialog to always display certain attributes. The feature to set this globally is still missing, however.
