We would like to report on three heirarchical levels of categories.
Account Category type (Eg. billable, internal, opration...)
- Account Category (Onboarding, Upgrade, Support)

AS we work mainly with Tempo data and reporting in Excel i would like the first level to be possible to export in to the excel.

Hello all, we've released seven new "group by" options in the Logged Time reports in Timesheets Cloud, which means the fields are now also available in the raw data export:
Account category
Account status
Account lead
Account contact
Category type
Customer
Issue Type

Need the option of not only filtering by account category type, but being able to identify the account category type among the others when exporting the raw data in excel. Otherwise one has to export after filtering one by one category and then consolidate the files afterwards. Not user-friendly
