Option to enable Chrome extension to be display trackers on all URLs, not just Atlassian URLs

As a web agency we are working on many different sites and always "finding" a Jira tab to stop or change an active tracker is quite a nuisance. I would not enable displaying trackers on all URLs by default, but having the option to have the tracker bar everywhere would be amazing for us!

    Hi Everyone - We've shipped the extension with a new configuration to display across all URLs or only across Jira URLs. This is available in the latest version of the Chrome Extension (v2.x) - do try it out! Refer screenshot below showing tracker on our public website and the configuration to show trackers outside of Jira sites.
