Notifications only for certain groups

I want to be able to configure certain groups which should receive the tempo notifications. As not all users do need the reminder and maybe not all users are tracking all their time in tempo.

Maybe It would be a good idea to setup options like "send notifications to all tempo users" or only to specific roles or groups.
