Allow users to keep balance of their workhours "workhour bank"

We need to have working hour bank (balancing system) in timesheets.

for example, employee has work hours vs expected hours in first quartal

  • january logged 170h / expected 165h

  • february logged 160h / expected 150h

  • march logged 150h / expected 157,5h

After quartal we do "balancing" for the logged hours, in this example case employee has logged 480h and his/her expected hours was 472,5h. in most cases this "balance" has been transferred forward to next quartal. Or employer pays those extra hours to employee or employee can have 7,5h balance leave.

This is possible to do with integrated software/BI solution for employer but for employee it would be great to see how many hours you have all ready done vs or is expected to have. And also in Finland we have quite specific requirements to balance employees work hours in a year.
