We're heavy users from Tempo Budgets and we've been facing performance issues while opening Budget's main page when the users (mostly admins) have access to a big number of Portfolios and Folios - up to 1200.
We've noticed that how much more access you have, the more time the page is going to take to load, sometimes taking 1 minute to finish.
We have some suggestions that might help you improve the performance:
It would be great if there could be a setting to determine what is the date range that Budgets is going to load the data. E.g. Bring only the Portfolios/Folios from 2022.
Closed folios do not load unless you open them again or, it could have a flag to select if you want to load closed folios or not.
An option to also archive Portfolios and Folios.
