Make Plan Time / Log Time window movable or relocate it so it won't cover the Date and Registered Time fields in the List View

Dear Tempo Product Team,

When I log or plan my time the popup window completely covers the column headers in the background.

It's particularly annoying when I have to register my time with many many issues retroactively and I need to watch out for how many hours I still have to log on those specific days, and the only way to do it is either open the page again in a separate window/tab or close the window to see the actual state and try to remember it the next time I open the registration window.

The feature already exists that even before actually hitting Log Time button it shows the hours to be registered in the column header but it only work in case of those columns that are not covered by the registration popup.

So please either

  • make it movable

  • shrink it

  • relocate it a few inches below current position

  • make it resizable

  • all of the above

I attached a screenshot on which you can see the problematic area(s) (orange and red) and the recommended place (green).

I don't know if other products or platforms have the same issue but if they do I'd recommend to take the relocation into consideration there as well.

Thanks.

Kind regards,
Krisztián Siposs

    Alternatives could be

    • to open it as a side panel (not necessarily in a way the compresses everything but in a floating way that you can close and open as you need)

    • or to have it as a tab within the page like in Gmail when you write messages, you can close and open them, even elevated to a separate floating window if needed, you can also save them as drafts.
