When creating a recurring plan for a team member, weekly number of hours for example, a team lead would like to have the ability to modify any given week in the plan without going to the parent plan. This feature would then prompt the user to apply the change to this plan only or all future plans.

Yes, we also need to edit a single event in the plan.
It should be possible to delete 1 event in the plan, for example if someone won't attend a meeting as an exception, so I don't want to delete the whole recurring plan for that person .
I definitely need this too. I have some resources who come only to a weekly meeting - I want to be able to plan 1 hour every Wednesday for this resource. Not spread the 1 hour evenly across the 5 work days.
