My Work synchronizes larger period of calendar events

They require users to submit their timesheets at the end of each month. Some users forget to log their time throughout the month so if they need to go back and enter for the entire month, they are only able to take advantage of the calendar integration for 14 days, not the entire month

    Why only end of the month? please enable the sync for the last year
