Allow direct time entry in the TimeSheet view grid

All users to enter time directly in the Tempo TimeSheet View grid.

It is a poor user experience to click into the grid, then have a pop-up appear where the user must log, edit, or delete their time. This is extraneous and not needed.

Instead a user should be able to enter and edit their time directly in the grid. This would streamline time entry with fewer clicks needed per user.
