Enable CDN for Tempo Plugin from Jira

Recently we find Tempo is not compatible with the CDN feature Jira has, we definitely need this to provide to our internal customers the best user experience for the Tempo plugin.

Now if we enable the CDN from Jira is causing a problem when users try to load any issue from the browse view.

These plugins are expensive and we don't understand why they are not compatible with the CDN feature.
