When planning a resource's time, user should be able to set number of consecutive weeks that plan should be followed or enter end date (current functionality). Also, when planning identical time across multiple weeks, Planner should take into account holidays within one of the weeks. Example: 24hrs repeats over 3 weeks. In week three, Monday is a holiday. Planner shows only 6.24hrs available that week Tu-Fr because of the holiday. Really it should read as 8hrs for Tu-Fr.
