When I click on Log time in a Timesheet view or in the ticket view, the field "Description" is selected by default. Usually people want to enter time before Description especially when Description is optional.
The best option would be to give admins the way to select the default field they want.

The behaviour was better in previous versions of Tempo: Previously the 'worked' field had focus by default.
Lots of colleagues complained about it since our upgrade.
