Tempo Ideas

As a team lead, I want to be able to easily see my team's capacity and plan accordingly. To be able to do so, it would be nice to have the following:

• allow users to submit holidays via Tempo (optionally: via an approval process)

We know this is possible already via internal issues, however, the following is not yet possible (and these below features need the data of the very first bullet point):

• have these holidays highlighted in planning (i.e. such that you see it's a full or a partial holiday day)

• let the capacity report take these holidays into account (i.e. exclude holidays from the available capacity and don't consider holidays as "planned work")

• let the planned report take these holidays into account (don't consider holidays as "planned work")

• have conflicts that arise (work planned on a holiday) marked accordingly in planner/the holiday approval request/..., such that one can replan accordingly

The fourth bullet point is nice-to-have.
