Billable hours attribute next to Logged hours in Timesheet when quick editing worklog

It would be really useful, to have the be able edit the billable hours like the logged hours in the Timesheet "quick edit" screen. Otherwise it frequently happens that the logged hours are reduced and the billable hours remain the same what leads into more billable hours than logged hours.
