Bad reporting - "time records are assigned to the most recently added Role"

Time records should not be dynamic like that. It creates for bad reporting. It is especially frustrating with the Teams feature which allows beginning and end dates assigned to a team. All groupings should allow date structures like that and reports should accurately reflect that information.

While the report view shows the dates correctly, downloading the raw data does not apply date structure correctly but rather "to the most recently assigned role."
